By commissioning me you agree you have read, understand and accept the following Terms. Any questions can be discussed with me directly.

Please be kind. Rude, agressive, bigotted, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated. If I feel uncomfortable with you during the process I will cancel the commission, and a refund will be given upto 75% of the cost, depending on how much work has been completed.I refuse to create anything considered offensive or bigoted (EX: racism, homophobia, transphobia, pedophilia, etc.), realistic/heavy gore, certain fandoms. I also hold the right to refuse your commission for any reason.

Friends may have differing rules set out by me. These are on an individual basis and will be communicated directly.

USAGE

• Use of AI in any way is strictly prohibited with my works. Do not feed my art into AI engines, do not alter or 'enhance' my work with AI.• Please contact me before changing/editing my art. I usually have the layered file saved in addition to the .PNG, and will happily make minor edits for you.• You may not not trace my artwork or use it as a 'base'.• I remain the right to post and include my art in social media post and portfolios. If you would like to request I refrain from including your commission in any posts please contact me.• Commissions are for personal use only! They can be used for the following, but not limited to: profile pictures/banners/wallpapers.
- Please do not use my work for profit or marketing. Feel free to message before or after a commission to discuss commercial works and we can work out additional fees.
- Please discuss with me if you are wanting to make your own personal merch using my artwork as well, I am fairly open to this, but I would like to be informed.• Reposting/Sharing my work is allowed! Just please credit My ToyHou.se or @ me if used in servers we are both apart of!

PAYMENT

• All prices are in USD.
• I primarily take Payment through Paypal & Ko-fi, if these aren't accessable to you we can discuss other payment methods.• I require full payment after the sketch is approved.• Canceling your commission before the sketch has been sent is perfectly fine, just let me know ASAP.• If you cancel your commisson after the sketch has been approved and payment is sent I can give a partial refund upto 75% of the cost, depending on how much work has been completed.
If I have already completed the commission when you state you would like to cancel, no refunds will be given.• If I feel I will not be able to complete your commission for any reason I will provide a refund upto 80% of the cost, depending on how much work has been completed.• Please do not send any payment before I request it! This will result in a warning and if continued, cancelation of your commission.• Complex designs/elements may incur an additional fee, this will be stated before any payment has been made and you will be given the opportunity to make changes to your request (e.g agreeing to simplified elements/markings.)• In auctions, you may not remove/take back your bid, please only bid if you can pay your bidding.• Refusal to pay after the sketch is completed will put you on a blacklist, and you will not be able to work with me in the future.

PROCESS

PROCESS
• I require information about the type of commission you are wanting (e.g Fullbody, Bust, Custom design, etc). Along with any references you can provide (Character sheets, descriptions, inspo images, etc.)• Sketch(es) will be sent to you for review and approval.• Payment must then be completed in full before I continue with the commission.• I will then send through different stages of the commission (including: Line-art, flat colours, cell shading, full render.)• Upon completion you may still request minor changes, but any major changes will incur an additional fee.

CUSTOM DESIGNS/ADOPTS

• Custom designs I make may not be sold for higher than bought without additional artwork included.• I take pride in making my commissioners happy with the end product, but custom designs that exceed 3 alternate design options will incur an additional cost for further changes to the design. (This is not for minor colour changes and other small changes. This is for large design elements being changed late into the process.)• Once purchased, character rights belong to you.• Failure to complete payment for a custom/adopt may cause the design to be sold to another user. For custom designs this may include having changes made to be futher distint from your idea.
